我们不是微软，不可能做出Office这般庞大的工具。但我们依然可以通过文字指令的方式，训练AI成为我们的私人助手。

这样的文字指令，统称为Prompt，中文名称“提示词”。

进入正题前，先介绍一下“说真的”AI工具系列，这个系列内容将聚焦AIGC为我们的工作和生活带来的帮助与改变。

毫无疑问，2023年以及今后的每一年，我们会看到AI在社会话题中占据越来越多的分量。

当人类选择用神经网络和大语言模型训练人工智能的时候，就已经确定了AI进化之路是单向而不可逆的，而且进化速度会越来越快。

有人担心AI会对人类造成威胁，而在我看来这是一个人类加速进化的契机。

要知道即便是恐龙最终灭绝的白垩纪时期，前后跨度长达7900万年；而人类从有据可考的进化源头至今，不过200万年，还不及白垩纪的零头，我们还有很长的故事可以书写。

所以，“说真的”系列每期只介绍一个AI组合工具，化解AI发展对每个职场人的担忧，将AI工具变成自己的生产力工具，进而在职场中游刃有余，或者从中获得启发开创新事业。

这篇是“说真的”系列第三期，为了维持我们占据生态链顶端，自称为万物之灵的地位，忘掉Chat，学习Prompt。

既然要学会用Prompt，就不能不了解它的原理。

正如上世纪80年代DOS系统诞生时，人们只能用格式固定的命令行与计算机交互，才能完成有限的自动化过程，我们今天就处在AI迈向生产力的“DOS时代”。

即便是功能最强大的OpenAI也要面对GPT-4依然不够智能的现实。在官方文档中专门介绍了Prompt的定义，并用了很长的篇幅举例说明提示词应该怎么用。

举个例子，我需要一个工具，自动判断一段话所包含的情绪，是积极，消极或者中性的，那么我在进入对话前，要给AI指定具体的任务和规则，就像下面这样：

再举一个例子，很多时候我们直接问AI问题，它只给出笼统而宽泛的回答，没有参考价值。这并不是AI没有这方面的知识，而是它不知道应该从什么样的视角来回答。

简而言之，它不知道自己该扮演谁。比如，直接问AI“哲学领域中最有趣的部分是什么”，它给出泛泛而谈的回答。

但是如果换个方式，给AI一套剧本，告诉它扮演谁，那么结果就会大不相同。

比如，先告诉它“教师”和“学生”角色背景，以及表达规则。

然后你就发现AI的回答变得非常有目的性，能从指定扮演角色的视角，给出有建设性的回答。

在更进一步，如果你具备接入API的能力，你会在系统消息开始前，看到默认的ChatGPT的定义：一个简洁回答的大型语言模型。

如果在这个阶段改变system的内容，给AI一个新的角色定位，那么最终展现在你面前的对话框就有了新的功能。

比如在下面这个官方举例中，system被定义成“将任何英语翻译成法语”的角色，那么当用户在实际使用时，对话框中输入的任何英语都会被AI回复成法语。这样你就获得了一个即时在线的翻译工具。
